Hi, I'm doing a bunch of back testing at the moment using 1/2 ATR(10) either side of RP as MN and I'm just after a bit of clarity on using 2x ATR(10) as confirmation... I'm multiplying the ATR(10) of the most recent low by 2 and adding this onto the value of the most recent low, but what is this then suppose to show or tell me? Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks, Julz.

Hi Julz, What this is showing you is the maximum price level for entry, My understanding of this confirmation method is that your look for an entry using MN around the reference level, but that price must be below, last low + 2ATR. Peter
