Linda E - Caring & Sharing

"Initially when I started trading I was just working with weekly charts but now I'm also working with daily charts. I usually spend about two hours every night on the computer and feel pretty comfortable with my investments; I'm making a small income and hope to get out of nursing and trade full time" For the past 31 years, registered nurse Linda Edwards has been focused on helping others, but now with justTwo hours work a day she is helping herself, writes Dominic Osborne.

Growing tired of nursing Linda found the need to start planning her own investment opportunities and future. "I'd been looking for investments and wasn't happy with the super funds; the last few years they had been losing money. I decided that I needed to self manage" she explains.

Seeing an advertisement for ACOFE Linda decided that share trading was the perfect opportunity for her to create not only an income but also a sound retirement plan.

She began studying with ACOFE 10 months ago and after attending just a few weekends courses, was on the way to establishing a new future.
"Initially when I started studying I was just working weekly charts but now I'm also working with daily charts. I usually spend about two hours every night on the computer and feel comfortable with my investments; I'm making a small income and hope to get out nursing to trade full time."

Linda had attended courses in the past through another training organization, but never achieved actual trading.

"The beauty of ACOFE is the support they offer" Linda says. "I often come away overloaded from all the information I've learnt on a weekend but once you've paid your membership you can repeat the courses over and over again. The courses are run once a fortnight and in theory you can keep your education going for as long as you choose."

The thought of trading in shares can often seem daunting for many or perhaps having never gained post school education might be holding you back. Well according to Linda, neither of these issues should be a concern.

"The thing about the stock market is that you don't need to have a university degree to learn about trading, in fact I think some of the most successful traders I've heard about were not highly educated prior to trading to shares. You just need to have the passion to do it and a little self-discipline" she says.

"Anyone that is looking into trading the stock market, from the total beginner with no previous association to the market, to the part time trader who is looking to learn more should consider ACOFE. I found the courses easy to understand and actually achieving an income from my new skills in such a short time has made the whole learning experience more enjoyable."

For Linda, the Indicators are showing her financial future is on the up and caring for her investments will soon become her fulltime focus.
