Hi, I have been trading in the stock market for some period but I don‚Äö?Ñ?¥t feel that I have been able to make the sort of profits that could be described as good. I want to learn more about investing in the stock market and particularly the Peru stock market. I think that it‚Äö?Ñ?¥s a good stock market but I have to make myself clear about the ways of going into it and making a stand there. Any views are welcome. Thanks!

I have to ask here, why are you looking at Peru in particular and what makes you believe that this is a good market to trade?

I have no personal experience with Peru, however I don know several people who have lived there and experienceed the high level of corruption which went on there in all aspects of business and government.

it was cynically put at the time, and this is a quote "in most countries in the world, you pay to go around the system - in Peru you pay to go through the system".

With this in mind, are movements in price action going to be determined by general market sentiment, or a general in the market who wants the rpice to go in a certain direction.

Peru is certainly not alone in this either, it wasn't very long ago when there was a high level of corruption and mates looking after each other in the Indian markets, althoug I have been led to believe that this has been cleaned up reasonably well over the last few years.

If you are looking at a market, other than Australia, can I suggest that you look very carefully at the economic cycle of the country you are looking at, how strong their eceonomy is and how liquid their stock market is.

This few, simple, things may be able to help you avoid a potential disaster.

Can I ask, what education or stock marker experience you have had and have you done any trading which has been successful most of the time?
